Marla
Arnold Campbell grew up in the real estate business under
the guidance of her father, Charles Arnold. Marla was raised in Crockett
and graduated from Crockett High School. She continued her education at
Sam Houston State University where she earned a Bachelor of Business
Administration degree in Finance in 1989. She has been a licensed real
estate agent since 1989 and now is a broker. Marla is married to her
high school sweetheart, Michael Campbell, and she is also a devoted
mother with three children. Marla has deep roots within the community.
Her knowledge of the area and her experience allow her to provide

Estate was founded in
the early 1970's when the price of an acre of land sold for $150-$200.
per acre and to build a house would cost you about $10. a square foot.
Things have changed since those days and so has Charles Arnold Real
Estate. We've been in the real estate business for 36 years and gone
from typewriter & telephone to computers & the Internet. Back then
Houston County & Crockett, Texas was a community in it's self, we sold
mainly to Houston, Texas people coming up and purchasing weekend
retreats. That part is still the same but, we have become a global
community and people from all over the world are moving into this area.
Marla Campbell is now the Owner & Broker of Charles Arnold Real Estate.
Marla has been around the real estate business all her life and when she
joined the staff she brought with her a sound working knowledge of all
aspects of the real estate business in Crockett and the Houston County
area.

Lynn is
the newest associate with Charles Arnold Real Estate. Lynn and her
husband Robert moved to Crockett from the Woodlands, Texas in 2004 and
learned to appreciate country living with the slower pace and friendly
people. Lynn started in the real estate business in the 1980's,
selling and listing real estate in the Houston and surrounding areas.
She also worked for a new home builder and a development corporation in
the Woodlands maintaining that connection with the real estate industry
through the past 15 years. Lynn believes that "Making a personal
commitment of helping clients find the right buyer or the perfect home
while maintaining integrity and honesty through the process is very
important." My satisfaction in helping people is a wonderful way to
spend the day.
