At Charles Arnold Real Estate we try very hard to make sure the prices and property information we display on our websites are accurate and up-to-date. But like all things in life, nothing is perfect. On occasion, update files may get lost, we may make keying errors, and sometimes strange things just happen. If you see a price that seems to be in error, like a $30,000.  house for  $30, it's probably a mistake. As soon as we find out about the error (which is usually in the form of a phone call or email from a customer) we'll get it corrected as soon as possible. We also reserve the right to reject any offers based upon erroneous information until the correct information is established online. We appreciate your understanding in this matter.
